In One More Thing, Adi Boutrous si sforza di trasmettere uno stato di ascolto, solidarietà e sostegno per l'altro. L'uso della forza, il trasporto, la devozione al corpo e le forme di una struttura basata su un rito di passaggio, esprimono il rapporto tra individuo e gruppo. Nella loro riflessione, il lavoro rivela ulteriori strati di mascolinità, il potenziale di sincronizzazione e un destino comune.
One More Thing è una coproduzione di Adi Boutrous, Théâtre de la Ville – Paris e fabrik Potsdam. Il lavoro è sostenuto dalla The Foundation for Independent Creators fondata dal Ministero della Cultura e dello Sport e dal programma di residenza presso l'Arab – Jewish community Center, Jaffa.

Adi Boutrous ha iniziato la sua formazione professionale di danza presso la Matte Asher School for Performing Arts nel Kibbutz Gaaton, seguita dal Maslool – Professional Dance Program – Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Si è esibito con coreografi israeliani tra cui Iris Erez, Hillel Kogan, Dana Ruttenberg, Noa Shadur, Rachel Erdos e Bosmat Nossan. I suoi lavori coreografici sono stati eseguiti sia in Israele che su palcoscenici internazionali tra cui Théâtre de la Ville – Paris; Biennale de la Danse di Lione; Festival di Julians; e Curtain Up e International Exposure, Tel Aviv. Ha ricevuto il primo premio allo Shades of Dance Festival 2013 per la sua coreografia di debutto What Really Makes Me Mad. Accanto al suo lavoro coreografico e performativo, Boutrous è un collezionista di vinili e DJ. La sua esperienza musicale si concentra negli anni 1950-1979 e attraversa i generi mediorientale, reggae, dell'Africa occidentale e latino.



In One More Thing, Adi Boutrous strives to convey a state of listening, solidarity and support for the other. The use of force, carrying, devotion to a body, and the shapes of a structure based on a rite of passage, express the relationship between individual and group. In their reflection, the work reveals further layers of masculinity, the potential of synchronization, and a common destiny.

Adi Boutrous started his professional dance training at Matte Asher School for Performing Arts in Kibbutz Gaaton, followed by the Maslool – Professional Dance Program – Tel Aviv-Jaffa. He has performed with Israeli choreographers including Iris Erez, Hillel Kogan, Dana Ruttenberg, Noa Shadur, Rachel Erdos and Bosmat Nossan. His choreographic works have been performed both in Israel and on international stages including Théâtre de la Ville – Paris; Lyone Biennale de la Danse; Julidans Festival; and Curtain Up and International Exposure, Tel Aviv. He received first prize in the Shades of Dance Festival 2013 for his debut choreography What Really Makes Me Mad. Alongside his choreographic and performance work, Boutrous is a vinyl collector and DJ. His musical expertise focuses on the years 1950-1979 and traverses Middle Eastern, Reggae, West African, and Latin genres.
