Transparency regarding public contribution to live entertainment
Information rendered in favor of transparency regarding public contributions to live performances, pursuant to art. 9, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Law Decree of 8 August 2013, n. 91, converted with law 7 October 2013 n. 112.
HANGARTFEST is a non-profit cultural association established in Pesaro on September 5, 2011, aimed at increasing the knowledge of contemporary culture in all its forms and in particular to promote dance as better specified in the Articles of Association.
Collegiate bodies of the association are the Assembly of Associates and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors remains in office for three years and its members can be re-elected. All elected offices are free.
With minutes drawn up on 7 January 2018, the Assembly renewed the corporate offices for the next three-year period 2018-2020, electing the following members to the Board of Directors:
• Annalisa Cioffi (President and legal representative)
• Aniello Lettieri (Secretary)
• Rosanna Gorgolini (Director).
On 8 January 2018, the Board of Directors entrusted the artistic direction of the Association's activities, including the event HANGARTFEST contemporary dance festival now in its fifteenth edition in 2018, to Mr. Antonio Cioffi. The assignment has a three-year term expiring on 31 December 2020 and provides for a gross annual remuneration of € 5,000.00.
