FAQ #2: The application form states that the duration should not be more than 20 minutes, but the Call states it should be of at least 20 minutes. Which one is the right value?

The Call is right! To get over this problem in the application form, please input 20 minutes and then just declare the real duration in the description field. We apologize for any inconvenience.
